So, if you are looking for DE's, and don't like just doing the warriors rest over and over again, this is a great run, and it includes an act 2 key.
Go to the Desolate Sands, find the Vault of the Assassin, a hard checkpoint is made here.
Kill everything in the Vault, 5-7 Elite packs and up to 2 goblins spawn in here.
Town Portal back to town when done, keep this portal.
Go to the Dahlgur Oasis, run the map, it is basically the same shape every time, just different events spawn. 5-7 Elite packs, and the key warden is found here.
I always do the Forgotten Ruins as well in the is map, does not mess with your checkpoint, and has tons of white trash to kill for EXP and drops.
As with everything in Diablo, rinse and repeat when finished. When you resume game, your portal to the VOTA will still be there and you can just drop right into it, without running the Desolate Sands Again.
